Flower Power was launched in April 2007 by event organiser, Judy Popley.
Judy has spent the last 14 years as an Events Organiser and Marketing Executive at a country house in Cheshire running specialist one day plant fairs and also a highly regarded and popular two day Garden Festival. In addition to these events, Judy was also responsible for Christmas events from Victorian balls and dances to Christmas Floral extravaganzas, childrens' events, outdoor plays and country fairs.
Spring 2008 started off cold, wet and miserable with snow forecast well into the April. I found myself anxiously watching weather forecasts but am thankful that all of them proved wrong so instead of snow, rain or ice, we had sunshine and blue skies.
Now that the warmer weather has arrived, all the fairs have flourished and the events are proving popular. Whether you are a keen plant hunter or just a weekend gardener, you are bound to find something new or unusual to attract you.

All the venues are delightful in their own right and many have superb gardens and parks for you to wander through so why not make it a day and come to the plant fair and enjoy the attraction too. I look forward to welcoming you.
